Max Anthony started to play piano at age four and quickly discovered a passion for Elton’s music and style. After many years of practice, a music degree and quite a lot of money spent on concert tickets, Rocket Max was formed in 2014 with the aim of getting as close to the musical language and feel of the man himself as is possible.

Rocket Max encapsulates the very essence of an Elton John concert – the piano is front, centre and LIVE. The vocals are crisp, the phrasing authentic to the Rocket Man’s own style. The band are professional, highly experienced musicians who have studied their counterparts to an unparalleled level. The songs we all know and love are delivered with all the flamboyancy, occasion and flair of Elton himself.
