An Evening with Cathy Tyson
One of Liverpool’s living legends, Cathy Tyson will be interviewed by actor, director and writer, Anni Domingo for an evening of fabulous, insightful conversation.
Cathy’s break-out performance as Simone in Mona Lisa earned her multiple nominations, including at the Golden Globes, and BAFTA. Born in Kingston-upon-Thames, she grew up in Liverpool and began her acting career in our wonderful city.
Since, Cathy has worked on a broad range of projects for screen and stage, recently starring in Help (Channel 4), Death in Paradise (BBC), The Canterville Ghost (BBC), Wolfe (Sky) and Band of Gold (ITV). On stage, Cathy has performed across the UK, cutting her teeth at the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1984, taking the lead role in their performance of Golden Girls.
