Alan Noone (The Riot Squad) will be joined by a line-up of special guests, still performing from that era in our Cockpit Theatre. The Other Guys?come together with a full band selected for this special performance from across the North West.
The show Some Other Guys takes its name from the book of the same title that celebrated all the young men and women who came together to perform in Liverpool, 60 years ago and create the global phenomenon that was the Merseybeat sound.
Not all became household names, but all made their mark, and some of those ?other guys? are still playing today.
A mix of live music performances from original artists from the era, supported by short interviews with the elder statemen of our cast and a historical tour through the hits and rarities that made the 1960?s swing in Liverpool and later across the world.
A great opportunity to reunite some old names and friends of Liverpool in the place they really did call home 60 years ago!
